Avatar Studio is a tool. When you press Start, we forward your text, prompt or image to a third-party AI model operated by someone else, and we show you what comes back. We do not train or own those models, and we do not review what they produce before you see it.
We offer creation tools only. We do not sell access to another company's API, and you may not use your account to give anyone else access to it.
Binding on us, not a style choice: OpenAI §3.1may not resell or lease access to its Account; fal
do not expose any of the Services APIs directly to End Users; Together bans standalone resale; Alibaba Cloud and ByteDance ban reselling the service itself.
You keep the rights to what you upload. By uploading you confirm that you have permission for every face, voice and character in it that is not yours.
For each asset we record: which account uploaded it, which version of these terms was accepted at the time, and when. That record exists so a claim can be answered later. It is not proof that your claim was true, and we do not verify it.
Even with their consent, you cannot clone someone else's voice.
celebrities or public figures, without their explicit consent; Akool bans content that
misrepresents, impersonates, or harms individuals, celebrities, or brands; ElevenLabs bans impersonating candidates.
Results carry machine-readable provenance and a visible label. You may not remove, hide, crop out or minimise either one, and we will not sell you a setting that does. Some models mark their output at the provider level, which means the mark is not ours to switch off even if you asked.
Google SynthID; D-IDshall not remove, hide or minimizeits Synthetic Mark; OpenAI forbids removing source identifiers; Alibaba Cloud requires a prominent watermark; ByteDance forbids deleting, altering or hiding deep-synthesis labels.
What this does not restrict is ordinary presentation — you may crop a video to a different aspect ratio, and a paid tier may change which watermark of ours appears. It restricts passing AI output off as unassisted.
Credits are the unit you buy. The credit cost of a job is shown on the create screen before you press Start, and that is the amount charged. If a job ends without producing a result for you — including where it is stopped by content screening — the credits are returned.
Prices move when the underlying model's price moves, or when a model is withdrawn. We do not promise a price for a period we have not quoted in writing.
We do not promise you a named model. Two flagship video APIs were withdrawn from developer access within 28 days of each other shortly before this draft was written, and we expect that to keep happening. Where a model disappears we substitute another that does the same job, or we refund.
Measured: OpenAI Sora 2 and its Videos API closed 2026-09-24; Google Veo 3.1 was removed from the Gemini API on 2026-10-22.This is a tool on the internet, not a utility. We do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend an account that breaches section 3 without notice, and we may shut the service down; if we do, we will tell you and refund unused credits.
Not decided. See Open items. Until an entity exists, there is no one able to sign these terms with you, which is the main reason this page is marked as a draft.
